Howard Victor Wolfe 91 of Racine, Ohio Passed away on May, 14 2025, he was born in Letart Falls on March, 07 1934, Vic was married to his beloved wife Alice for 71 years.
Along with his wife he is survived by his children, Kevin Victor Wolfe, Vicki Ault Wolfe (Perk), grandchildren Danielle (Gregory) Ortegae, Allison (Billy) Watkins, Wes Ault, great grandchildren Trey, Bryce, Brenin, Calli, great nephew Jonah Hoback, several nieces and nephews.
Vic was preceded in death by his parents John and Eula Jane (Roush) Wolfe, three brothers and four sisters.
Vic was a beloved husband, dad, grandpa, uncle, and friend to many. Her married his high school sweetheart in 1953 and began working at Kyger Creek Power Plant in 1955 and retired in 1996.
He worked many hours of overtime to provide for his family. He loved spending time at his property hunting or simply walking in the woods enjoying nature. He became a beekeeper after his retirement and provided delicious honey to many people in the area. Vics other pursuits included hunting for Indian relics, collecting antiques, and repairing clocks. He enjoyed restoring John Deere tractors and hit or miss engines with his best buddy, Paul Marr with whom he helped establish the Racine gun club. In his later years he became quite the prolific cornhole player enjoying many hours with family and making new friends. Vic was a big sports fan and loved watching the Buckeyes at family gatherings. One of Vics favorite activities was making apple butter in the fall with his family and friends and spending time with the grandchildren and great grandchildren and special nephew Jonah. He and his wife Alice were also big supporters of RACO scholarship fund and yard sale volunteers. Vic was a sweet and kind man who will be missed by many.
In Lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to R.A.C.O of Racine Ohio or the Meigs County Humane Society.
Service will be held at the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home on Sunday May 18, 2025 1:00PM, Visitation will be Saturday May 17, 2025 from 6:00-8:00 PM
