Boo is survivied by 2 brothers Charles (Tammy Starcher) Rathburn and Robert Joe Rathburn, 2 sisters Teresa (Tony Jacks) Rathburn and Robin Wood, children Devin Montgomery and Stacy Gaines, step daughters Ruby Wears and Mariah Shoemaker. Special friend Brenda Sharp, aunts, nieces and nephews Jesse Wood, Tangie Wood, James McDonald, Joseph McDonald, Tara Wooten, Mason Rathburn, Ezra Rathburn and Silas Rathburn, and other friends.
