            <text>Betty E. Kiser, 91, of Racine, passed away, at 10:45 p.m. on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at the Laurels of Athens. Born April 9, 1932, in Portland, Ohio she was the daughter of the late Charles and Ruth Newlund Powell. She was a homemaker and attended the Mt. Moriah Church of God.&#13;
&#13;
She is survived by her children, Carolyn (Patrick) Murray, of Logansport, Indiana, Loretta (Kenny) Bartlett, of Guysville, Oh., Stan Kiser and his wife Nikki, of Gainesville, Florida, Ken (Loraine) Kiser, of Racine, grandchildren, Jerry Arnold, Barry (Tricia) Arnold, Tim Kiser, Brad (Elizabeth) Dehmann, Garret (Michelle) Kiser, and Brooke (Jason) Kimes. Several great-grandchildren, a great-great granddaughter, a sister, Nettie (Larry) Young, of Tuppers Plains, a brother, David (Linda) Powell, of Frost, Ohio and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.&#13;
&#13;
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Okey Edward Kiser, a son Okey Kiser Jr., a sister, Frances Bellamy, and brothers, Charles Powell II, Roy, Harry, Delbert, Randall, and Robert Powell.&#13;
&#13;
Friends may call from 10-12 Noon on Saturday, July 15, 2023 in the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Racine. Private family graveside services will be held in the Meigs Memory Gardens.</text>
