            <text>Ralph Price, 93, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 in Warren, Michigan at the Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital.  Ralph was born on  December 13, 1929 in Cabell County, West Virginia, son of the late Millard O. and Della Adkins Price.&#13;
&#13;
Ralph was married to Evelyn Price on September 19, 1953; and she preceded him in death on September 12, 2006.   He was a retired carpenter for the Veterans Hospital Administration.  Ralph served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.&#13;
&#13;
Ralph is survived by two daughters, Sandra Brumfield (Kelly) and Barbara Ann Betcher Lazarre (Donald Robert Lazarre); one son, Wayne Price (Cristy); seven grandchildren, Casandra Brumfield, Tami Hungo (Bill), Scott Daniel Betcher (Angela), Carrie Ann Betcher Rossomme (Justin), Brett Price (Addie), Patrick Price (Lissa), and Courtney Price; twelve great grandchildren, Chad, Gira, Dylan, Kendyl, William, James, Daniel Scott Betcher, Dominic Ryan Betcher, Parker, Carter, Graham, and Ellie; and one sister, Leah Parsons.&#13;
&#13;
The funeral service for Ralph will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Clyde Ferrell officiating.  Entombment will follow in Chapel of Hope Mausoleum in Ohio Valley Memory Gardens.  Friends may call on Saturday from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.  Military rites will be given at the graveside by the Gallia County Funeral Detail.</text>
