            <text>Wanda June (Halley) Plant 86, of Springfield Ohio and formerly of Powell, Ohio passed away at 7:45pm Wednesday December 21, 2022, in the Ohio Masonic Home in Springfield Ohio.  Born June 16,1936 in Gallipolis, Ohio community of Gallia County. Wanda was the eldest child of the late James Ernest and Opal Marie Johnson Halley.  Wanda was a retired supervisor of the Ohio Bell Telephone Company (AT&amp;T).  She was a member of the Powell United Methodist Church.&#13;

She is survived by son Timothy L (Dawn Marie) Plant, of Powell. Loving grandmother to two grandsons, Trever Ryan Plant, of Columbus, Ohio and Travis Andrew Plant, of Pickerington, Ohio. A brother, Ron (Sue) Halley, of West Virginia, sisters, Linda Hill, of Athens, Georgia, and Ann Alder, of Roswell, Georgia, there are also several nieces and nephews that survive. &#13;

In addition to Wanda’s parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Donald Lee Plant on June 11, 2022.&#13;
&#13;
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 10051 Brewster Lane, Powell, Ohio. Interment will be in the Kingwood Memorial Park, Lewis Center, Ohio. Friends and family may call one hour prior to the funeral service. The Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Gallipolis, is entrusted with the arrangements.</text>
