Patty L. Harmon, 78, of Rutland, went to her eternal reward, Friday, April 1, 2022, surrounded by her children. Patty was born in Lenore, West Virginia, on May 1, 1943. She was a nurse, having gone to nursing school while raising three children. She worked for 29 years at Scenic Hills Nursing Home. She was a devout Christian and faithful member of the River of Life Church of God in Rutland.

Surviving are her three children, Robert Allen Harmon, Angela (John) Spires, Anita (Moe) Hajivandi. Grandchildren, Joshua Spires, Samantha (Clayton) Boso, Noah Hajivandi, Hope Hajivandi, Faith Hajivandi. Great-grandchildren, Sophia Spires, Oakley Spires, Brielle Spires. A brother, Ray Lambert, and her beloved twin sister, Jennie Williamson, along with several nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death are her husband, Roy Harmon, her parents, Raymond and Lucille Lambert, brother and sister-in-law, Douglas and Shirley Lambert, sister-in-law, Juanita Lambert, brother-in-law, Charles Williamson, nephew, Trevor Williamson, and infant siblings, Mary and David Lambert.

Special thank you to the wonderful staff at Arbors of Pomeroy, who treated her with extreme care and kindness, of which we are forever grateful.

Private family services will be held in the Miles Cemetery. The arrangements are entrusted to the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Pomeroy.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may made to the River of Life Care Closet Food Pantry, of which she was a loving supporter, always caring for others, of which was her mission in life.
