Norman “Little Paul” Paul Evans, 35, of Portland, Ohio passed away, at 10:56 a.m. on Friday, May 6, 2022 at his residence after his battle with Hodgkin Lymphoma. Born January 28, 1987 in Gallipolis, Ohio he was the son of Paul and Norma Evans Evans who survive in Portland. He was a construction worker and also detailed cars at the I77 dealership.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his children, Gavin Evans, Sage Evans, Norman Evans II, all of Parkersburg, WV, a sister, Holly Evans, of Portland, a nephew, Gabriel Scoggan, of Portland, maternal grandmother, Kathryn Evans, of Portland. Aunts, JoAnn (Danny Pickens) Evans, Sandy (Bill) Williams, and Mary Evans, all of Portland, an uncle, Norman “Brother” Evans, of Portland, and cousins, Nick Triplett, Sean Williams, and Levi Williams, all of Portland.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Merle Evans, Norman Evans, and a cousin, Matthew Triplett.
The Family would like to thank, Promedica and Heartland Hospice and the staff at the O.S.U. “The James” for their care of Paul over the last five months.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, in the Stiversville Cemetery. Pastor Melissa Dailey will officiate and interment will follow. The Cremeens-King Funeral Home, is entrusted with the arrangements.
