            <text>Betty Ross, 98, of Racine, passed away, at 3:27 a.m. on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at her residence. Born August 6, 1924, in Antiquity she was the daughter of the late John and Mayme Coe Roberts. She was a homemaker and a member of the American Legion Post# 140 Women’s Auxiliary, New Haven, West Virginia. She attended the North Bend Church in Mason, WV.&#13;
&#13;
She is survived by her daughter, Nancy (Sam) Cummins, of Racine, a son, Ralph (Sally) Ross, of Mason, WV., grandchildren, Richard (Michelle) Cummins, Shawn (Cheryl) Ross, and Amy (Tom) Cremeans. Great-grandchildren, Chandler Cummins, Dylan Cummins, MaKynzee Cummins, Dalton Cummins, Justin Cummins, Jacob Miller, Caleb Riffle, Hannah Ross, Alyssa (Dillan) Andrews, a great-great granddaughter, Freya Andrews, a great-great grandson on the way, and special great-great niece Syndee Marshall, numerous nieces and nephews also survive.&#13;
&#13;
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Ross, daughters, Mary and Sandra Ross, a grandson, Floyd Thomas Cummins, siblings, Charles Roberts, Kenneth Roberts, Frances McKenzie, Mary Roush, and Tess Haskins.&#13;
&#13;
A memorial graveside will be held at the convenience of the family in the Greenwood Cemetery, with Pastor Jason Simpkins and Ralph Ross officiating. The Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Racine is entrusted with the arrangements.</text>
